My wife’s HCG result came back 8.5 and the doctor says it is negative and he advise to stop all treatment. Does this mean we have an IVF failure?
I would repeat the beta in 2 days to see if it doubles before completely writing off the cycle.

Hi Dr. Sher, I had my hcg level checked on March 7, 2018 came back 248 then on March 9, 2018 came back at 533, should I be worried?
Not really! I think things might still be OK!
Repeat the beta hCG in 2 days to see if it doubles.

Hi, I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. I have pcos and have been trying to get pregnant for years. I’m supposed to be starting clomid soon. I was wondering what the chances are of ohss and if clomid has dangerous long term effects. I read the pamphlet that came with the medication and now I’m scared to take it.
The risk of OHSS is relatively low on clomiphene and it is quite safe.

Hello Dr. Sher,
Today I have performed Beta HCG Serum with result of 4.85 mIULml after 12 days of IVF implementation of two freeze embryos . My doctor request second test after two days as he is expecting ovitrelle injection effect remain in my body. I certainly will re-do the test, but from your experience any hope ?

Hi Dr Sher, I recently transferred an acgh tested euploid embryo and it worked and I am now pregnant. Is there any benefit to me having a nifty / harmony test around 11 weeks or am I covered by the acgh testing?
I would still do prenatal genetic testing.
