  1. Dear Professor Sher
Researching the internet and following your results successfully, I wanted
advice from you, I live in Northern Macedonia, on the other side of the wor
ld, and I don’t have much money to come to your clinic, and our medicine in=
Macedonia is different, I have 47 years and a high FSh 89 and LH 47
hormones and low AMH , and I want to ask you for advice, my doctors are adv
ising on egg donation, I want to advise you on your other own egg program,
and if that looks the opposite for my years and results.
I’m very grateful to you, and I know I have a blue eyed son like my husband
    !
    Thank you !

    • In my opinion, IVF with egg or embryo donation is the only realistic option for you!

      Good luck!

  2. Hello,

I am currently experiencing my fourth miscarriage. I had two healthy pregnancies that resulted in live births, a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks (empty sac), another healthy pregnancy that resulted in a live birth, a miscarriage at 7 weeks, a miscarriage at 5 weeks, and a miscarriage at 5.5 weeks (sac never developed).

I tested slightly positive for anti cardiolipid antibodies after the third miscarriage and I do have Hashimotos, which is being treated with Synthroid (diagnosed in college, prior to any pregnancies).

I am desperate for help. My OB GYN seems to have gone as far as they can with the limiting testing. Is there additional testing you would recommend from a specific clinic?

Thank you so much for your time.

  3. Hi Dr.Sher! I had a normal and healthy baby boy in 2016 textbook pregnancy. Had leukocytosis towards the end. 2018 had a missed miscarriage at 16 weeks with no testing. 2019 missed miscarriage at 14 weeks baby had trisomy 21. Just had another missed miscarriage at almost 12 weeks. Will have testing done. All the noninvasive testing came back low risk. Doctor wants us to see reproductive specialist. I do not have any blood clotting disorders and genetic karotyping on my husband and myself was normal. We get pregnant first try each time. Should we see an immunologist?

  4. Happy New Year Dr. Sher

I have a friend in Tasmania that adores you and swears you , and swears by your protocol for getting mature eggs. By looking at your blog I can see why she’s so found if you. Would you share with me long one has to be on birth control to successfully suppress the pituitary gland LH production , and is the best time to start birth control cycle day 1 of your period? I do not have pcos so I can do this protocol. Then my RE said being on a antagonist like certitude for longer than a few days can negatively effect egg quality. Obviously if this was the case you wouldn’t use it for your patients starting cycle day one but I still hand to ask. This isn’t true in your experience? My fiend in Tasmania says she got 4 blastocysts out of 7 fertilised eggs on this protocol but wouldn’t you say that is not typical to have more than 50% of fertilsed eggs turn to blasts and that’s just her and her genetics?

    • I am pleased for your friend. However, it is not possible to prescribe a protocol for you here. We would need to talk.
