   Hi Dr Sher
   Hcg was 76 at 13dpo and 217 at 15dpo (natural conception). I’ve a history of chemical and ectopic pregnancies. How do these results seem to you?

   When choosing which embryo to transfer after PGS testing, is the MitoScore or the day it made it to blastocyst more important? We have a PGS normal embryo that made it to blast on day 5, with a mitoscore of 0.48. We also have a PGS normal embryo that made it to blast on day 6 with a mitoscore of 0.16. Which of the 2 would you transfer first? Thanks!

     I am not a believer in Mitoscore. So in my opinion you could flip a coin!

   Hi doctor! What is the estimated length of the window of receptivity for implantation? I know they used to think it was 4 days, but is that still the belief? I am wondering on average how big the window is for an average woman, is it small as in hours? Thanks!

     The natural window of implantation is rather narrow…probably <12h.
