I am 2w5d, post day5 FET, I am on estrogen 2mg tds and progesterone pessaries bd, plus progesterone orally at midday. My beta was 2997 and progesterone 67nmol/L. I missed a dose of estrogen last night, do you think it will affect my pregnancy? And also should I space my progesterone 8 hrs apart?
Thanks
Missing 1 shot of estrogen will not likely compromise your pregnancy. However, the spacing of your hormonal shots should be discussed by you with your treating doctor!
Good luck!

I recently had an IUI cycle cancelled due to fluid in Uterine lining. I was not given much of an explanation as to why this happens. This has not occurred during my previous cycles- is this cause for concern? Any information as to what causes this. Thank you for your time!
You need a hysteroscopy to examine your uterine cavity for surface lesions (polyp/scar tissue/a fibroid tumor….. protruding into your uterine cavity.

Hi Dr Sher
I transferred a PGS embryo on January 17th. I had a good initial beta at 10dp5dt of 256. The rest is as follows:
12dp5dt-460
15dp5dt-1167
18dp5dt-2654
My doubling time increased from 53-54hrs to 61 hrs. Have you seen successes from doubling time increasing like this?
I am not overly concerned. An US done at 6-7 weeks should clear all this up!
Good luck!

Hi Dr. Sher,
Do my HCG levels indicate miscarriage?
3w5d – 55.9
4w2d – 513.6
6w1d – 21,527
6w3d – 21,964
I know this looks like it will be non viable but is ectopic still a possibility with levels this high? I am trying to be hopeful but in know HCG plateau indicates miscarriage. no bleeding or cramping.
You need an ultrasound to obtain definitive information.
