   Hello D.Sher,

   I’ve had an early miscarriage two months ago.

   Today I’m 23dpo and I’m pregnant again. My HCG levels are progressing but not progesterone which worries me.. here are my numbers:

   14 dpo
   HCG 97
   Progesterone 96nmol/L
   TSH 1.5

   16 dpo
   HCG 281
   Progesterone 74 nmol/L

   23dpo
   HCg 3048
   Progesterone 56 nmol/L
   TSH 2.26

   Could this be because of my Hypothyrodism since my TSH is increasing too? Is this pregnancy at risk ?

     I doubt this has anything to,do with your thyroid condition. Discuss with your RE the possibility of getting progesterone supplementation

   I’m 37 and just starting out my fertility journey. I went yesterday to the fertility doctor to review my blood work and to have an ultrasound to check my ovarian reserve. Unfortunately, this is what she said/found:
   “Assessment of ovarian reserve elected and consistent with significantly decreased ovarian reserve.
   AMH (0.15) and ovarian AFC (2-4 total) very low and would predict 0-2 mature oocytes would be retrieved during IVF cycle.
   Cycle Day 3 FSH, LH, E2 not possible with Nexplanon, but highly unlikely would change ovarian reserve assessment.
   Given extraordinarily low likelihood oocyte cryopreservation would result in a livebirth, treatment not advised.”
   So I am not a candidate for egg freezing or IVF. She said that there still is a chance for it to happen naturally and/or with a sperm donor. Though, still a small chance. What are your thoughts?

   Hi Doc,
   LMP 23rd June
   Cycle length 33 days
   HCG level on Day 35 is 21
   Doc asked to repeat rest on Day 38 i.e. tomorrow

   Natural conception

   Anxious! What do you think?

   Hi Dr.Sher ,

   I was seen in the ed Sunday Hcg was 43 . Had hcg checked yesterday and it was 137 my lmp was around June 25. Should i be worried

   Hello,doctor Sher !

   Could you please advise how do I have to stop medrol ? I take medrol 16 mg – 1 pill every day. I am pregnant and now it is 20 days after the emvryo transfer. Do I have to take until 8th week one pill of 16 mg per day or do I have to reduce the dose gradually? One week 3/4 – one week 2/4 – one week 1/4 ? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

     My patients start reducing steroid intake after 8 weeks …stopping by the 10th to 11th week!
