Hello, my RE prescribed me half dose Ganirelix as an antagon for IVF, I am worried I will ovulate through a half dose. Should I be doing full dose?
Without much more information regarding the circumstances, I cannot comment authoritatively.

Hello Dr! I’ve written prior and thanks for your responses. We are in 2ww after first IVF (antagonist w/BCP) protocol for MFI. My wife is 34, day 3 estradiol 60, LSH 10.7, AMH 3.3, TSH 2. My wife was a slow responder – it took 3 days for the estrogen to take off then it plateaued at 2500 at stim day 14. She got 17 eggs, 15 mature, 9 fertilized ICSI, 9 to day 3 (four grade 1, four grade 2, one grade 3). We transferred one 4BA blast and froze one day 6 4BB blast. While we’re hoping for a BFP, if it’s not we are thinking a new protocol would help. Her age and bloodwork were generally good (slightly high FSH but good AMH) and she got a lot of mature eggs, but we were disappointed to get ultimately two blasts from 9 day 3 embryos. I know there is day 3 to day 5 attrition, but that seemed on the high side. You mentioned the long lupron or the A/ACP. Do you think a protocol change would help us get more good blasts in the next round? Thanks!

my wife had her i.u.i last week Saturday and just last night which is about three days later she had a light pink spotting which she used a pant liner and it was just good to hold it.this morning again she wiped herself after using the rest room and showed me the light pink staining of the tissue paper.she is on endometrin once daily at bed time.can this be the much talked about implantation bleeding at 3 days post ovulation or is something wrong with my wife?
Nothing wrong…More than likely the spotting is from cervical irritation due to the suppositories.
