I will have extra HGH do you recommmend starting it before stims to help recruit more follicles? What about after trigger? I will definitely already do it days 1-8.
Days 1-8 should be fine.

I’m also worrying about progesterone pressaries im doing 3 times a day. Being on that medication, would it prevent me from having bleeding if I miscarry? Every time I did ivf I had to quit progesterone to get my period back. Is progesterone can mask, hide, delay, make ‘invisible’ a miscarriage?
Yes, progesterone can delay a bleed and even the passage of a missed abortion.

Dear Dr Sher,
Had a FET of 2 “great looking” day 5 blasts.
13dp5dt got a 406 beta hcg result. My clinic said that all looks good and didn’t ask for a second blood sample. Re said I’ll be having my next appointement around 7 weeks.
Was it wrong to assume 406 was that good? I kind of worry its on the low side ?

In my opinion, it is always wise to repeat the beta hCG at least once (2 days later to make certain the level doubles. I have seen strange things happen in my career.

Dear Dr. Sher,
Today I am 35 days after FET of early blastocyst (medicated cycle ). I had multiple ultrasounds done and BHCG checked and it doesn’t look good to my doctor. I am advised to stop the medications. I wanted to ask what is your opinion? Is there really no hope?
On Tuesday at 7 weeks and 2 days ultrasound showed 2.5 mm fatal pole but no heart beat.
BHCG:
4/25: 4951
4/28: 4690
4/30: 4000
5/1: 8026
Could this unexpected increase after a drop of BHCG mean that maybe … there is a hope and I should continue medications?

First day of my last period was 24.03. My av. cycle is 29days. I had my first 2 hcg tests dated 24.04 and 26.04. Progesterone 39 and hcg 82 then 120 (36hrs after) .
Today I week later I did another hcg test in a different lab and country and my hcg is 316.5 do labs different so much from one another or should I be concerned?
It can vary, but I would repeat the hCG two days from now again and then get an US in about 10 days.
