Hello Dr. I had a hysterectomy last year may from complications which removing fibroids. I had a failed IVF transplant into a surrogate. I had 4 follicles, 2 fertilized at grade A,8 cell embryos but failed to improve plant.
I have just had a second IVF cycle. Had one follicle. It’s fertilized and was implanted yesterday. I would like to know, in your opinion how long to I have before menopause sets in.
This information is insufficient for me to comment authoritatively. I would need to know what your basal AMH/FSH/LH/E2 blood levels are.

If estrogen suppresses ovulation won’t BCP plus estrogen priming suppress the ovaries more than bcp alone?

Yes, but in my opinion, it is not needed in women who have adequate ovarian reserve.!

Do you recommend Estrogeb priming and A/ACP in young normal responders with premature luteinization?

With the estrogen priming protocol how do you know if a cyst on baseline US is functional? Checking estradiol levels won’t help right because of the exogenous estradiol administered?
If it was not there before starting and it is there a month later, it is functional.
