  1. Hi Dr Sher,
I had egg collection earlier today. After following your guidelines on using vaginal viagra to successfully build up my lining (thank you for that) I am now worried as I bled a lot straight after egg collection. Did that blood come from my lining?
I’m on clexane and aspirin (although didn’t take them for a couple of days before egg collection) when I went to get dressed after the procedure there was a lot of blood but I haven’t bled since. If this blood is from ly lining should I take more viagra? I had previously stopped at hgc trigger.
    Best wishes,

    Rachael

    • Very unlikely that the blood was NOT from your lining. More likely from the needle puncture sights in the vagina or on the cervix.

      Good luck!

  2. I had an early ultra sound bc I was spotting. My last period was June 11 but I ovulated around the 20th day of my cycle so I am not as far along as I thought. There was a sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. My doc said it’s because I am early, but of course I am nervous. They also saw a horizontal line across my ultra sound which another doc said because I could have vanishing twin. I am nervous about the whole thing. If I could be spotting, does this make sense with vanishing twin. Also, if I am losing one, can the other one be okay?

    • An US in one week should be more definitive!

  4. Hi Doctor, I faced 2 miss courage in a row. First was around 7 and half weeks and then I have to do D&C to clear it out. 2nd one was around 6 weeks, this time I dont have to do D&C. Yesterday I did USG TVS and in the comment section sonologist comment that endomet is not trilaminar. I’m very nervous now. Is it curable? I didn’t try yet after 2nd miscarriage in April 15th. Can I conceive again?

    • The trilaminar appearance is far less significant han tnethickness around the timeof ovulation. This ideally should be better than 8mm and preferably >9mm.

      Good luck!

  5. Thank you Dr Sher for your answers to my questions. How do I go about getting a K-562 activity test done in the US from Australia? There is a place here through Queensland Fertility Group however you mentioned that not all clinics are reliable. This is the first step in my investigations. Many thanks.

    • Your blood can be sent FedX to the USA. Go to google and look up Reprosource in Boston, MA and contact them.
