Hi Dr. Sher,
Firstly thank you for all your effort and time taken to help us, I for one am very appreciative of the time you invest to help us all.
I am currently 7wk and 1day pregnant and am quite worried. I just received my LAD report and the results are quite low.
Tcells IgM+ 3.4
Tcells IgG+ 3.6
Bcells IgM+ 5.7
Bcells IgG+ 8.9
With these low numbers would they affect the pregnancy? I’ve also had 2x IVIG treatment in the past 2 weeks.

I doubt this will have an effect one way or the other. I hope that the IVI}G therapy was combined with steroids and that at least 40G (per infusion) was used ….also that the 1st infusion was done at least 7 days and ideally 10-14 days prior to ET.

Hello Dr. Sher I am writing again in regards to my daughter who had a 5 day genetically tested embryo transfer on Aug. 1st, She has had 4 ultra sounds, she is consistently measuring 1 week behind. Today she measured 9 weeks and 4 days, the heartbeat is fine. Does she still have a chance to have a healthy baby?

So a few months have passed since I’ve been trying to conceive and I’ve had a few pregnancies where the test was just barely there like the lines were really really light and so last month was my first month On clomid and I’ve been taking pregnancy tests and they’re so dark like it’s lasting longer than it did before it’s more obvious that I’m pregnant than it was before, its positive on the early prediction tests,the digitalis,and the cheap pregnancy tests. What difference did clomid make? I don’t know if th pregnancy will last my doctor won’t see me until I’m eight weeks, but I’m just wondering like what did clomid do that made these positives stronger than the chemicals?
It could be that your pregnancy on clomiphene will hold this time. Wait for US confirmation please.

Dear Doctor Sher, thank you for your blog, it’s been such a valuable resource for me and my partner during our IVF journey.
I’ve managed to fall pregnant! I’m 7 weeks 3 days. Is it safe (or recommended) for me to continue to take my vitamin D3 10,000iu supplements once per week? Or is this dose too high for my baby?

Hi Dr. Sher,
I had an AFC scan of 10. During my ivf cycle I only had four of those respond and grow to a decent size. Why didn’t the other six respond? The ultrasound technician didn’t even try to count them as they were too small.

It could have to do with age and/or the protocol used for ovarian stimulation.
