Hi Dr Sher, our DQ alpha numbers are me (01:01 & 05:05) and husband (01:02 & 05:05). Is this a complete match? I had a uterine biopsy that showed raised uNK cells. I am from Australia.
This is unusual Where was this measured. Usually there are only 2 numbers per person? Please email this report to Julied@sherivf.com and ask her to show me. I will respond.

Can a small amount of LH (75 IU luveris) still be a problem on a long cycle with presuppression treatment with OCP? Even while on 6 weeks of the OCP and many weeks on an agonist, my LH was steady at 1.7. Surely adding LH (75iu luveris) with an adequate LH is likely to have a deleterious affect on egg quality during stims. Would you agree?
No, 75U of Luveris would (in my opinion) be fine.

Dr Sher, there’s an article that says metformin can reduce male androgenism in the ovaries. Have you used this for any of your older patients with success?
No! And respectfully, I would not do so !

Is there any benefit to using vagina viagra after HCG and progesterone before embryo transfer?
On a long protocol, is it best to start stims after period bleeding has finished or is it ok to start at the onset of a period?? What do you prefer?
It does not really matter that much if you are on a long protocol of stimulation using an agonist. But in general it is better to start soon after the onset of bleeding!
