Hello Dr. I am suffering from recurrent pregnancy loss. I had my first pregnancy when I was 30. At 6 weeks it resulted in spontaneous abortion with bleeding and cramping though the USG showed cardiac activity. I conceived again 6 months later with all my reports being normal. It resulted in missed abortion. I again conceived 6 months later and had just a biochemical pregnancy with spontaneous bleeding at 5 weeks. I conceived 8 months later again and had another biochemical pregnancy with severe bleeding n cramping at 6 weeks with USG showing no sign of pregnancy. All my profile n tests r normal. Semen analysis is normal and karyotype of both me n my husband is normal. I am frustrated. Please help. Is IVF an answer? I had had 2 suction curettage and my endometrium is not very good. I have oligomenorrhoea though I conceive in very cycle we try
Hi Dr Sher, do you normally advise your patients that Lupron is only to be used for one cycle? I have left over lupron from my last cycle. I started using it on 19 December and due to start another cycle on 24 January . It has been refrigerated since then. Do you think it’s still good to use as I still have a lot left in it and it’s so expensive to buy again.
In my opinion, if refrigerated (not frozen) you could still use it.

Hiya Dr Sher, is there a reason you don’t favour the unmedicated FET with just progesterone support for a woman who regularly ovulates?
In my opinion, hormonal replacement helps profoundly in more accurately pinpointing the ideal window for implantation and I believe results bear this out.

Hi, Dr. Sher. Our first ivf cycle we conceived fraternal twins! Yay success. When our twins were 9 months old, we conceived naturally and the embryo split and we just had our identical boys Dec. 8th. We have pgs normal embryos frozen. We want to transfer one. What are the chances it’ll split? Higher than normal since we had natural identicals? ICSI was used but not assisted hatching. Embryo grade is 3BB. Thank you for the time. Happy New Year!
The chance of another split with identical twins again is <1:100.
Good luck!
