Hi Dr Sher. My progesterone level was 1.13 ng/ml on day 9 of stims and the following day, which was trigger day, my progesterone dropped to 0.66 ng/ml. Is that drop significant? My progesterone on trigger night is usually 1.26 ng/ml, so I was a bit concerned it was only 0.66 this time round. Is this a problem?
No! I do not believe this to be a problem!

Either!

Hi Dr Sher, if on day 5 the embryo is an “early blastocyst” is it likely that it is incompetent and should it be left another day to see if it turns into a blastocyst?
Should wait another 1 day to see.

Hi Dr SHer, if an egg allows two sperm to fertilise it, is that an egg issue or a sperm issue?
Could be either!
