   Hello Dr,

   I was on

   Estrogen 2 mg vaginally 3 times/day
   Progesterone vaginal insert 100mg. (Endometrin) 3 times a day
   Progesterone in oil shot 1 ml every 3 days.

   At,

   9dp5dfet, hcg 260, progesterone 11, Esteogen( sorry cant remember)

   11dp5dfet, hcg 607, progesterone 30, Estrogen 1800

   After seeing this numbers , my doc dropped my estrogen 2 mg to 1 time Aaday vaginally. And endometrin 2 times a day, POI shot every 3 days.

   At 18dp5dfet, Hcg 14000, progesterone 12, EStrogen “84”

   I am really worried about such a drastic decline in estrogen. My doc has bumped the estrogen 2 mg 2 times a day vaginally.

   I am just so worried that my estrogen was super low from 11dp5dfet to 18dp5dfet. Did it harm the baby? Please advise. I am terribly worried.

     Discuss increasing the estrogen dosage with your RE.

   I am 41 and priming with estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone. I have egg quality issues due to age. During priming with 12.5mg testosterone gel per day, my testosterone was 204 (high) and my DHEA (not supplementing) was 108.

   What is the target testosterone level for priming? Would this level at priming diminish egg quality? Should I prime with DHEA instead? Thank you!

     I do not ever advocate testosterone priming so I cannot respond authoritatively.

   Hello, I have a question… I have endometriosis and so my question is I’m 40 years and I want to know if I can get my eggs frozen while I’m on the Lupron shot?

     I suggest blastocyst (advanced embryos) freezing rather than egg freezing because the results at 40y with the latter, are very poor.

     Yes, you could undergo IVF while on depot Lupron.

     Quite advanced in the 1st trimester, but not possible to be precise ass to how far along you aree. Only dates and/or US could be accurate.
