Hi I was wondering what your thoughts are for my numbers hgc

Hi Dr,
I had two 5 day blastocysts transfer on October 20th .
These are my hcg betas so far:
October 28th: 63
October 31st: 223
November 2nd: 636
I had an US today, and the gyn saw something that could be a gestational sac but since it was tiny, 2mm, he couldn’t confirm it. Do you think this can be a viable pregnancy? If so, do you think it could be a singleton or twins?
Thank you very much in advance for your help
Too early . I would give it another 10 days or so and repeathe US!
Good luck!

I was 43 years old when I did this embryo genetic test. Also, I was able to deliver a healthy boy on 10/4/2019 from the first cycle -46xy, del(3)(q11.2) mos, embryo.
so, you don’t see any chances for me to get pregnant this time since I am 45 years old now even though the embryo was done when I was 43 years old? should I put one at a time or both together since this is the last chance I’ve got with embryos?
I would say the chance is slim but if you decide to proceed, I would transfer both embryos.

Can they still see antral follicles if it is not quite cycle day one? I started my cycle with 3 weeks of birth control and took 10 units of lupron the last 2 days of the pill. Today will be my 3rd day with no BCP but I don’t have a period quite yet however I’m suppose to go and have a baseline US and blood work in a few hours. Will they still be able to see antrals?
Absolutely they will see AFs.

Dear Dr Sher,
I’m 37 and other than very low AMH (2pmol/L) I have no other notable health concerns. We have tried for around 3 years to conceive naturally (unsuccessfully) I’ve had 3 rounds of own eggs IVF retrieving 2-5 eggs and producing 1-2 (each round) seemingly ‘good looking’ embryos (5 day blast) but alas so far not received any positive pregnancy results. Because of low embryo numbers we have not been able to pre-genetically screen any of the embryo transferred. What further ‘implantation’ tests might you recommend a patient such as myself doing before embarking on another round of IVF?
With best wishes,
Jenny
