Dr Sher,
I have a follicle which is 17mm in max dimension my other follicles are 13-15, would you be concerned that this is a dominant follicle? I have a history of premature luteinization, do you think I can push stims two more days or would you trigger tomorrow?
Ordinarily, I would not see this as a severe discordance . However, It probably has more to do with your ovarian reserve and the protocol used for stimulation.

Dr Sher,
I am on day 8 of stims and they saw fluid around my right ovary. Can this be related to the stims or should I be worried that I have ovulated?
On day 8 (preovulatory) it should not be related to the stims. However, it is probably also not an issue.

Hi Dr Sher,
I had endometrial scratch on Friday and was supposed to start downregulation on Saturday. That would be my cycle day 20. Surprisingly, this time my cycle was shorter and I started bleeding on the same day as I took the first dose of Synarel. My doctor told me to continue the drug. Can this protocol still work for me? Thank you
Yes! It could still be OK!

Ask Dr Sher, is it likely that sperm DFI changes significantly each time tested, or should it be fairly stable? My partner has had many sperm analysis done and a few times it has been normal but mostly abnormal. However it does fluctuate quite significantly sometimes. I’m wondering if we did DFI once whether it’s representative or it would be the same as the sperm analysis with all the changes. Thanks in advance.
The DFI is an indicator of sperm function but not very reliable. I regard a DFI of <30 as normal but have seen many pregnancies even with a DFI of>70%. It can fluctuate.

PS. Most health magazines etc call bone broth a fertility super food because it has collagen, glycine and glycine is anti inflammatory… confused. Could eating/sipping beef stock bone broth make a difference for a patient on steroids/intralipids for TNF alpha?????
Have not got a clue!
Sorry
