  1. Dear Dr Sher,

Besides immune treatments added to the mix (since I have elevated NK cells) which stimulation protocol would you recommend for an endo patient under 35 with AMH of 4.6? I’ve had 2 cycles already in which I know I’ve been wrongly stimmed since the majority of eggs retrieved were immature and therefore the embryo yield poor. Thank you

  2. Dear Dr Sher,
May I please ask what support / dosage you would recommend for estrogen and or progesterone prior to / after a fresh ivf cycle embryo transfer?
    Thank you

    • I am afraid that this is something that would be up gto your treating RE and which potentially would vary with the type of protocol you were on.

  3. Thanks so much for all your articles, they are so hopeful. If i try your agonist/antagonist conversion protocol on day 21, is 10u lupron for 5 days then 5u of lupron for 3 days sufficient or can it be 4 days at 10u and 4 days at 5u? What would you recommend for day 21 starts?

    • It probably would not make a difference!

  4. Hi Dr Sher. If someone has a 24 day cycle, is it best to start a day 21 long down regulation lupron on day 17, i.e. 7 days post ovulation? I assume a day 21 lupron protocol is 7 days post ovulation on CD14. But my ovulation is on day 10.

    • You are correct Emma!

  5. Hello there Dr Sher, I just had a question about linings on a natural cycle. My lining was 8mm on day of ovulation, but at 2 days post ovulation the lining was 4mm.. my progesterone at 2po was 4.7 ng/ml. My doctor said as the progesterone increases the lining will thicken up. Is this right?

    • I respectfully do not agree!
